Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Balm (born on the 24th of November the 24th of November, 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. She was previously a candidate for Senate in the United States, as well as a television presenter at MSNBC. She was frequent contributor to The Huffington Post and co-host of The Hill’s Rising, along with Saagar Enti. In May 2021, Ball and Enjeti announced that they were quitting the show in order to release their own independent project titled Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball co-hosts Krystal Kyle & Friends' podcast along with Kyle Kulinski. She has appeared on network programs such as CNN, Fox News, Fox News, CNBC, Fox News, and Real Time with Bill Maher. Ball was married to Jonathan Dariyanani as of 2020. Ball says that her fascination with politics due to her experience as a new mother during the 2008 primary elections and watching the results of the 2008 US presidential election during her time in Jordan. She was able to observe the impact it had on the citizens of her country and developed an appreciation of the global influence of US politics. She was a Senior Fellow at the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party nominee for Congress in Virginia's 1st congressional district during the 2010 election, losing to Republican incumbent Rob Wittman. From June 2012 to July 2015, she hosted of The Cycle on MSNBC. In May of 2017, she launched the People's House Project, a political action committee that works for Democratic causes.
